The Provision of Medical Assistance in Dying is Now Lawful in Canada

Bill C-14 which amends the Criminal Code to enable the provision of medical assistance in dying in response to the Supreme Court’s decision in Carter, has now received Royal Assent, the provision of medical assistance in dying is now lawful in specific circumstances.
