On April 19 and 20, 2023 Gwendolyn Stewart-Palmer, KC was a guest speaker at the Alberta Assessors’ Association Conference and Spring Education session. Gwendolyn participated as part of a legal panel, speaking about presenting before Assessment Review Boards. She presented on the topic of issues arising from the use of the Income Approach in establishing values in mid sized municipalities.
