Professional Regulation

area-icon-professional regulation

Professionals provide critical services to Albertans.  They are regulated in the public interest.  Our firm represents professional governing bodies in their roles as regulators of the professions, including matters relating to registration, continuing professional development, discipline, policy making and rule making through standards, codes of ethics and regulations.  We also have extensive experience in assisting clients through legislative and regulatory change and in the development and evolution of policies.

We help our clients ensure they act reasonably, fairly and consistently with their legal authority.  We assist our clients by training their staff and board members in their duties.

We also act for adjudicators in a number of professions, assisting them in the hearing process.
