CBA Administrative Law and Labour and Employment Law Conference

William (Bill) Shores, K.C., and the Honourable Justice David Stratas, of the Federal Court of Appeal were the speakers at the Closing Plenary session of the CBA Administrative Law and Labour and Employment Law Conference held November 17 and 18, 2023 in Ottawa.  Their presentation was a candid conversation about where administrative law has been and where it is going.  Their presentation outlined the hottest topics in administrative law and they gave their views on where the next battlegrounds may lie, including judicial review of delegated legislation.
