On September 18, 2024, Gwendolyn Stewart-Palmer, KC did a presentation to the Alberta Municipal Taxation Professionals Association. Her topic was Issues in Tax Collection, which discussed the options available to municipalities for tax collection and assessing the advantages and disadvantages of each, along with a consideration of their impacts on municipalities.
