William Shores, K.C. and Ashley Reid have published an article in the Canadian Journal of Administrative Law and Practice titled “Vavilov and Professional Regulation Revisited: Part 2:   Judicial Review in Professional Regulation”.  The article is the second of two parts examining the impact of Canada (Minister of Citizenship and Immigration) v Vavilov, 2019 SCC 65 in professional regulation.  The first article focused on Vavilov’s impact on statutory appeals and was published in June 2024.

The Canadian Journal of Administrative Law and Practice is published by Carswell, under the auspices of the Council of Canadian Administrative Tribunals
