Louis Belzil to speak at June 5, 2007, CBA Insurance Section

Louis Belzil will speak to the Canadian Bar Association Insurance Law Section on “Pierringer Agreements: Principles, Problems and Pointers.” Pierringer agreements, also known as proportionate share settlement agreements, are a versatile and increasingly important tool for resolving multi-party, complex litigation.
